Purchases, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Classes will be available to be purchased and pre-booked through the MINDBODY app or via phone or email seven (7) days prior to the class commencing.
Please note; if you join a wait-list, it is your responsibility to check to see if you have made it into the list regardless if you would still like the reservation in the class. You can confirm or reject your reservation in a class by responding to the email notification either “YES” or “NO” within 30 minutes upon receiving.
If you fail to notify us within this time frame, we will assume you are no longer able to attend the class and your reservation will be given to the next person on the wait-list.
When purchasing the introductory offer you have 2 weeks unlimited access to all group classes (not including Privates & Semi-Privates). This pass is activated effective from the first class you attend. This is valid to use within 6 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
When purchasing a casual pass this may be redeemed to use for one (1) class (depending if you purchased an aerial or mat casual pass). This pass is valid to use within four (4) months from the day of purchase and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
When purchasing a Class Pack you have access to the number of classes purchased of the selected class type (either aerial or mat).
A 10 class pack is valid for four (4) months and a 5 class pack is valid for four (4) months from the date of purchase.
These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All memberships are a contract period for a minimum of eight (8) fortnightly payments, which are debited from your allocated credit or debit card on a fortnightly basis.
Upon completion of the minimum contract period, debits will continue on a fortnightly basis, unless requested in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org for cancellation. All membership cancellations require fourteen (14) days of written notice; any payments due within that period will be deducted.
The Gold Unlimited Membership provides you with unlimited group classes. The Silver Membership provides you with a maximum of 5 group classes per fortnight. Both the Gold and Silver Memberships exclude Private and Semi-Private classes. These may be booked with an additional cost.
If you wish to update any information on your account, you can email email@example.com with a minimum of seven (7) days notice.
Your membership may be placed on hold. To do this, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with a minimum of seven (7) days notice. Your membership can be placed on hold for a period between two (2) and six (6) weeks (unless advised otherwise by a medical professional).
Any declined transactions will incur a $10 fee, which will be added to your total.
Applicable for all purchases and bookings:
In the case that you do not attend your booked class or turn up more five (5) or more minutes late, this will still be counted as a used pass. Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class commencing.
In specific case-by-case circumstances, we may extend the validity of our introductory offer, class packs or casual classes, however please note that we are under no obligation to do so. If you feel the need to request an extension, please email email@example.com.
In the event that you have booked in for a class and are for whatever reason unable to attend, you must cancel via the MINDBODY app, or by calling the studio on 0411 592 893. If you fail to cancel within the following cancellation period, you will be penalised and charged for the class:
6:30am group classes – a minimum of eight (8) hours prior,
All other group classes – a minimum of two (2) hours prior,
Private or Semi-Private classes – a minimum of eight (8) hours prior.
The above cancellation notice also applies for the classes booked whilst using the introductory offer. If you miss a class or submit a late cancellation whilst using the introductory offer, the remainder of your offer may be void.
All products and services purchased from The Gravity Room are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand that certain situations and circumstances may arise and whilst we may extend the validity of some purchases, it is important to note that we are under no obligation to do so.
If you feel the need to request adjustments, cancellations or suspensions, please put your request in writing with a minimum of seven (7) days to firstname.lastname@example.org.
